About Us.
Booked In is a project set up by myself (Oliver Pryce) in December 2024. After owning my own maths tutoring business, I now aim to use my marketing skills to help other tutors easily and quickly find new students. We currently only work with maths tutors but are looking to expand our clientele to tutors of other subjects in the future.
Who I am
My name is Oliver.
When I was 16 years old I started tutoring maths and expanded this into a tutoring business called Greenwood Tuition. Over a year, I scaled up the company to over 20 tutors and in doing so, learned a lot about how to market tutoring services.
I used the skills I’d acquired to teach other tutors through online courses (WeTeachTutors).
I recently created Booked In Media in December 2024 to help tutors specifically with finding new students and marketing.
How it works
We work with independent tutors as well as tutoring companies of any size. Aiming to make marketing zero risk, we take care of the entire process of finding students. There is absolutely no financial commitment on your side until your first student has booked a lesson, at which point, there is a one-off £50 fee.
We will use social media outreach to find you maths students from primary or secondary school (at your choice) who live in the UK and are looking for online maths tutoring from you. Every lead generated will then contact you over WhatsApp or SMS. Once they book their first lesson, they will officially become your client and the one-off fee is due.
The fee is usually paid back by the student within a few weeks.
